CRIT
In the European scenario, the most important automation and mechatronics industries are located in the regions of Central Europe (CE), however, while the company size is intercontinental, the services to push innovation are still local, resulting in a slowdown in channeling the results research and development from European laboratories. This makes technology transfer and mediation long, expensive and often duplicate processes that do not meet the needs of time-to-market.
A joint approach to search for skills therefore becomes important to favor the process of emerging new commercial consortia / agreements for the execution of bold technology, product and market projects.
Targets
NUCLEI aims to establish a transnational innovation management model in Central European regions and to create a transnational pool of knowledge that supports advanced manufacturing innovation beyond regional boundaries. This increases the economic interdependencies between the seven regions and will encourage more effective transnational value chains in the automotive, electrical, IT, robotic and mechanical automation sectors.
- Increase links with innovators beyond the regional boundaries of project regions
- Accelerate the time-to-market of research and development concepts from EU-funded research laboratories in Central Europe to companies
- Increase research and development expenditure and medium-term patent applications
- Create thematic thematic groups as regional managers
- Collaborate on transnational technology transfer
