CRIT organizes an inter-company training course on “Designing in Additive Manufacturing“, with the collaboration of Dragonfly, a company specializing in 3D printing for industrial production and Poggipolini (CRIT Endorsed Suppliers Network), a company specializing in high-precision machining and systems structural fasteners for the automotive, aerospace and motorsport sectors.
Course contents
The course will last 16 hours (4 half days lasting 4 hours) and will take place from September 2017 at CRIT.
The following topics will be covered during the sessions:
- Introduction to additive technologies
- Production process and materials
- Design for AM
- Quality and Economy
Recipients
- Designers and technical referents of Production and Industrialization
- Designers and technical representatives of Research and Development
- All those interested in exploring the guidelines for proper design in additive manufacturing
Lessons will be held in the afternoon at CRIT headquarters on the following dates:
- Friday 15 September from 1.30pm to 5.30pm
- Friday 22 September from 1.30pm to 5.30pm
- Thursday 28 September from 1.30pm to 5.30pm
- Friday 6 October from 1.30pm to 5.30pm
