Cost and performance management in supplier-customer relations

Thu 06 Apr 2017

Event description

The meeting addresses the issue of effective management of supplier-customer relationships through two perspectives that help to make important decisions regarding the networks of suppliers to be used, the negotiation levers to be privileged, the management of cost factors and the containment of financial requirements.

The first perspective (Supplier’s financial analytics) focuses on a series of instruments that are able to understand the situation and the economic-financial dynamics of the supply network to seize opportunities and risks.

The second one instead examines the cost analysis models of the procurement processes, forgetting measures, determinants and indications about cost and waste containment (Process value analysis, Total cost of ownership and Life cycle cost).
