Federico Corradini
PresidentHe is a chemical engineer who, after a long career at FIAT Tractors, was Process Engineering Vice President in New Holland from 1996 to 2000. He has been in the board of CDC (CNH – Cummins engine manufacturing JV in NC US) from 2001 to 2007, General Manager of EEA (CNH – Cummins – IVECO engine JV in Turin) from 2004 to 2007, CEO and general Manager of CNH Italy from 2001 to 2007. From 2001 to 2009 he was member of the board of UNACOMA (Italian Association of the Agricultural Machinery Companies) and from 2007 to 2009 he was President of CEMA (the European Association of the Agricultural Machinery Companies).
Marco Baracchi
General ManagerGraduated in Computer Engineering, he has been a staff member at CRIT since its foundation. He started as a Technology and Innovation Advisor, then became responsible for the activities related to the collaborative innovation sector. During time, he has been appointed to manage the organization of internal resources in order to secure the achievement of the overall productive results. Presently, he is the responsible person for the management of the whole organization.
Michele Frascaroli
Technical DirectorGraduated in Industrial Chemistry with a focus on the R&D of materials and staff member since the foundation of CRIT. He started as a technologist and during years he became the person in charge of the Technology Brokerage area. Nowadays, he is responsible of ensuring the quality of all the technical/scientific communications and activities of CRIT.
Monica Verza
Office ManagerShe is part of the CRIT staff since its foundation, managing the organizational activities and the relations of the company. Today, as part of the executive team, she is responsible for staff selection, administrative management, and employee training programs.
Gianluca Berghella
Innovation ManagerGraduated in Electronic Engineering with a specialization on electronic systems for information management. In CRIT since 2010, he is involved in technology transfer and brokerage activities notably in the field of mechatronics. He has expertise in technology trends characterizing the digital revolution in the manufacture sector: Internet of Things, Big Data, Additive Manufacturing, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision.
Eleonora Bongiovanni
Technology & Innovation AdvisorGraduated in Management Engineering with a thesis work on the Optimization of Logistics. She is part of the staff since 2010. She works on consultancy projects regarding logistics and collaborates in the realization of Technology Transfer projects mainly in the field of mechanics, production, and energy. In addition, she is involved in the operational activities relevant to funded projects.
Riccardo Masiero
Head of Fundings R&D (Area EU)He is PhD in Information Engineering with research interest on WSNs and experiences in UK and France (INRIA). As post-doc he worked on Underwater Networks. Then, he mastered DAM integrations in corporate digital eco-systems at THRON. From 2018, Riccardo has been Technology & Innovation Advisor and Technical Project Manager at CRIT focusing on Robotics, Information Theory and applications. Today, Riccardo is Head of the Fundings Research & Development (Area EU) service, and also IT Support Manager and DPO.
Alessandro Bagnoli
Endorsed Suppliers Network ManagerGraduated in Mechanical Engineering, he obtained a Master in Administration, Finance and Management Control. Over the years he has developed experiences in the commercial area and management control in various industrial sectors, for companies such as CMS and HPE COXA. Today it manages the CRIT Endorsed Suppliers Network.

Ventures and Innovation AdvisorGiulio Gianfelici
Technology & Innovation AdvisorGiulio obtained his PhD in physics at the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf (Germany). He specialized in quantum information theory, with a focus on the use of quantum optical states in cryptography and computation. In CRIT since 2021, he manages technology scouting, project writing and technical project management activities.
Elena Minisci
Project ManagerGraduated in Comparative International Relations at Ca' Foscari University in Venice with a post-degree Master in European Political and Governance Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium). At CRIT since 2021, she is involved in the development and management of research projects financed through European, national and regional funds and in communication activities.
Luca Stradiotto
Technology & Innovation AdvisorGraduated in Vehicle Engineering at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with studies in structural and vibro-acoustic analysis, he gained experience in Ferrari as an NVH CAE specialist in the vehicle integration group. At CRIT since 2022, he has been involved in technological scouting for innovation.
Paolo Gnudi
Technology & Innovation AdvisorMaster's degree in Applied Physics at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences (Germany), he specialized in medical physics through collaborations with Chinese, Italian, and German research centers. He designed and programmed neural networks in the field of medical imaging at the department of Medical Physics. In CRIT since 2022, he is mainly involved in technology scouting.
Davide Cavedoni
Technology & Innovation AdvisorDavide got a bachelor’s degree in Vehicle Engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and will soon graduate in Automation Engineering from the University of Bologna. He has a great interest in artificial intelligence and industrial automation. At CRIT since 2022, he has been involved in technology scouting for innovation.
Mara Corbella
PROJECT MANAGERGraduated in Local and Global Development at the University of Bologna, she has acquired experience in writing and managing European projects (Horizon, Interreg, Erasmus) in the education and training sector. At CRIT since 2023, she is involved in the development and management of research projects financed through European, national and regional funds.
Daniela Faccioli
PROJECT MANAGERGraduated in Local and Global Development at the University of Bologna, she gained experience in European program for education (Erasmus+) for no-profit and specialized in writing and management of national and regional subsidized financing for companies. At CRIT since 2023, she is involved in the development and management of research projects financed through national and regional funds.
Chiara Bazzani
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION SPECIALISTAfter graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology at the University of Bologna, Chiara achieved a Master’s degree in Advertising and Digital Communication from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
She applied her sociological expertise to the corporate communication field, gaining experience in managing corporate communication channels. Since 2023, she is part of the CRIT team, responsible for both Communication and Marketing efforts of the company and for projects financed by european, national, and regional fundings.
Maria Celeste Maschio
PROJECT MANAGERAfter she graduated in Physics at the University of Bologna, Maria Celeste obtained her PhD in Physics and Nanosciences at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, studying Molecular Dynamics in particular.
In the last five years, she worked at CNR Nano of Modena and in other companies and grew a strong know-how in the development and management of R&D projects financed by european, national and regional fundings. In 2023, she joined CRIT as Project Manager in all these fields of expertise.
Riccardo Magrin Maffei
Technology & Innovation AdvisorAfter a Master’s Degree in Experimental Physics at the University of Trento, he obtained a PhD in Physics and Nanosciences at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with a specialization in growth and characterization of nanostructured functional materials. He led an international project on the application of spectroscopic techniques to Transparent Conductive Oxides (TCOs) thin films. In CRIT since 2024, he deals with technology scouting for innovation.
Francesca Laura Malagoli
PROJECT MANAGERAfter graduating in Translation and Interpreting for International Relations, Francesca earned a master’s degree in European Affairs at the University of Bologna, discussing a dissertation on the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) and its territorial implications. Francesca continued cultivating her interest in the field of project management by gaining experience in the writing and management of subsidized finance projects in the field of Innovation, Internationalization and Research and Development for small and medium enterprises. In CRIT since 2024, Francesca is responsible for the development and management of R&D projects funded by National, Regional and European funds.
Anna Serena Bianco
Technology & Innovation AdvisorShe got Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2019 with a thesis work on adaptor’s test-bed. After that she joined Duna Corradini Spa group as mechanical designer. She learnt about project management and continuos improvement during academic studies, thanks to Icaro Unimore, a project about collaborative innovation. This passion, constantly nourished, helped her to increase her skills until she became project manager and obteined Lean Six Sigma Certification Green Belt in 2022. She joined CRIT Group in 2024 as technology advisor, in order to expand her knowledge, contribute towards firm growth and take part to open innovation development path.
