COLLECTION OF CONSENTS

In the context of the Collaborative Innovation service, aimed at fostering knowledge transfer among companies, CRIT has developed KODE, a video on-demand platform that allows registered users in the Reserved Area of the website to access content on innovation and new technologies. The Reserved Area is tailor-made to facilitate registration for events organized by CRIT and access to all video content.

CRIT values the protection of personal data and provides precise information regarding its processing in accordance with Articles 12, 13, and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data ('GDPR'). CRIT uses the personal data collected solely for the realization and provision of requested products and services. CRIT also informs about the possibility to revoke consent at any time, as easily as it was granted, according to Article 7 paragraph 3 of the GDPR.
