Project management, a project approach as a lever for innovative change

The seminar, organized in collaboration with Bushidō Consulting, aims to illustrate the main characteristics and competences (knowledge, skills and personal and social skills) that a Project Manager and the members of a Project Team must have for an optimal exercise of their functions

• The main international and national qualifications / certifications: PMI, IPMA, Prince2
• Certification of the skills of the Project Manager by Aicq

Eugenio Rambaldi
Degree in Architecture from the Sapienza University of Rome.
President of Assirep – Italian Association of Project Managers, he is the founder of the Italian Institute of Project Management (ISIPM)

Maurizio Agostini
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the La Sapienza University of Rome.
Managing Director of Bushidō Consulting, he has held managerial positions within multinational companies mainly operating in the Automotive sector, such as Magneti Marelli and Fiat Powertrain Technologies.
