These aspects include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technological assessment<\/li>\n<li>Definition of innovation roadmaps<\/li>\n<li>Development of innovation projects and technological improvement<\/li>\n<li>Development of management, organizational, and business strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To<strong> strengthen CRIT&#8217;s team competencies<\/strong> in these areas, an <strong>important collaboration agreement<\/strong> was signed at the end of 2022 <strong>with two highly experienced professionals<\/strong> currently working in the consulting sector, through the management of the company <strong>Bushid\u014d Consulting<\/strong> based in Turin.<\/p>\n<p>With a professional background in<strong> managerial roles<\/strong> <strong>at important industrial contexts<\/strong>, they specialize in <strong>supporting SMEs<\/strong> in achieving<strong> growth goals in management and organization<\/strong>, aiming to increase internal process efficiency and market effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>They will enrich CRIT&#8217;s market offerings, bringing new capabilities and expertise for the benefit of all companies in our network:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/maurizioagostini\/\"><strong>Maurizio Agostini<\/strong><\/a>: Currently the owner of Bushid\u014d Consulting, an expert in business development initiatives, preparation for the development of new markets, and internationalization projects. Particularly focused on SMEs, he supports the development of <strong>organizational, managerial and market growth plans<\/strong>. He has worked for <strong>Magneti Marelli Group and Fiat Powertrain Technologies (FPT<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/roberto-azzani-8a4a922b\/\"><strong>Roberto Azzani<\/strong><\/a>: Currently a Partner at Bushid\u014d Consulting, an expert in product development, industrialization, production, supply chain and technological innovation. Particularly focused on SMEs, he supports<strong> plans for organizational growth, process optimization, technological innovation and supply chain optimization<\/strong>.
